I think Tom is talking about Worthikids when he's talking about the person that animates like claymation. They're amazing and have a variety of well done work
Since a large portion of this stream is the big famous 1v2 boss battle, I'm gonna explain how this is an iconic example of a repeating element of Berserk. Guts continually ends up fighting 2 REALLY strong opponents near the end of each arc, one the super fast usually somewhat ranged one and the second one super strong and bulky. Since Guts can't handle their speed, he usually ends up going for a simultaneous exchange to cut them down, getting gored by the big one in the process. But he gets up and slices the big one in half since there's no distraction anymore
This whole stream has some brilliant moments. The puppet bit is of course great, but their whole Tom & Ben Thunderbirds concept is _fantastic_ and I really hope it comes to fruition someday.
You don't really need or want to open the door though. That shortcut leaves you fighting more knights, whereas if you git gud you can skip all enemy encounters and go straight to O&S without wasting resources.
3:13:14 Which is why I like to, for example, play games in the order they came out. People's first reaction is usually, "well, the story doesn't connect" or something, which ignores the fact that technological progression and innovation (should) increase over time. I want to experience the innovations as they happened and not be disappointed because an older version doesn't have as much QOL.
Actually The Rock does not have that in his contract. He is okay with losing a fight but Vin has it in his contract that he can not lose a fight which upset Dwayne Johnson because he hates the fact that Vin Diesel has to be the strongest. If you notice Dwayne Johnson loses fights often to people in his films but because Vin Diesel refuses to ever let anyone beat him, The Rock decided he should not have the satisfaction of ever beating him even in a fake context.
The problem with Pascal's Wager is that you might: A. End up believing in the wrong god, making the real one angrier (heathens might end up worse off than atheists) B. End up pissing god off for trying to trick him into sneaking you into heaven undeservingly (he'd know your true feelings and intentions and might not take it well to be lied to by a bacteria that thinks itself smart enough to pull it off) So it's not just "heaven or nothing"
@@CorryWith2rs I've just watched 2 hours of the same 5 minutes of gameplay on repeat, that's enough for one lifetime. At least the puppet made it bearable.
To the part around 1:50:00 where they talk about the anime introspection troupe, I recently saw a video about the differences between western and eastern story telling. One of the big things that were talked about is western stories focus on outward conflicts as the sole contributors to its story, while eastern stories do focus much more on personal conflicts that tend to cause the story to progress. I think its a good video to watch
that's cool and all, but I don't think that's really what they're talking about. They're just talking about the anime trope of monologues that rehash the plot for like 2 min. It's not so much "introspection" as it is characters, or writers of the characters, trying to seem cool, and it fails horribly. One of the easiest things to make fun of in anime.
@@Cheeseit99 don't get me wrong, I hate that and it typically ruins my experience of watching. One of the reasons I enjoy Attack on Titan so much is because there's minimal amounts of that going around
@@gg_sam7847 Dude you cannot say you enjoy attack on titan because it does minimal that when Eren's character is literally that trope personified. Attack on Titan is even a good show, but that trope is the worst part of that series, and it is everywhere there.
@@gg_sam7847 They all do it a similar amount in my eyes, unless they do it ironically like One Punch Man, then I actually notice it less cuz it's played off as a joke. I'm literally thinking of the few anime I've watched and they all do it. I'm sure some are more or less but I don't have written down the number of speeches they each do.
I think there's some delay on the video, every time Ben speaks his mouth doesn't move until a couple of seconds later, weird that it doesn't happen with Tom. Also sometimes I swear Ben is speaking with Tom's voice!
So I don't know if ben has played Sekiro before! But It would be fun if both tom and ben played through it together! I know tom has played it, but I would love to see the interaction between tom and ben while ben experiences Sekiro! It would be fantastic! But if not, that's ok too! Also loved the bits! And the puppet!

Holy shit. Those bits at the beginning. Sending snacks and hookers to the guy on the space station. That fucking got me real good.
