I can barely vacuum let alone exercise :( My testosterone peak levels are around 1/3rd in the morning that they should be lol. I'm 29 and I have to be put on testosterone injections or pellets they said long term and possibly the rest of my life but my appointment is almost 3 months away. My dad also had to take testosterone at a young age I think its some genetic thing. Not even that overweight and gained weight by aching all day for years and barely able to do anything. Only took over 10 years going to doctors for a random ER person to recommend getting it checked while telling every doctor how fatigued and wore out I was monthly even before gaining any weight.
