Im gonna be honest. There are people in gold that are good enough mechanically to play champs like qiyana and irelia very good, but their decision making is horrible which is why they dont climb.
i would say that they dont climb by choice. they enjoy stomping kids and dont mind losing the game as at higher elo they would just get destroyed
you can tell that this guy hasn't visited anything below plat in a long time. he has no clue what is played or what is broken in low elo.

Zonyas been turbobroken for 15 years and you get more survability from it than 5 tank items combined

@@jeremy8223 boots are a core component of every build, like having a mythic. Zhonyas is only abusable for AP champs. If there was a Zhonyas that gives you AD, I'm pretty sure every single ad champ would buy it. Not saying theres no broken effects that only ad have access tho, like DD.

i think in the panic you made the better play at the end then the Bauff special. You forced zyra out and her cooldowns so Viego goes in without backup. if you go in on tower then you get towers but zyra is in a good position without fear to drop everything and anyone invests anything to kill her or push her off she safely flashes away.

as a low elo player, i must say. Irelia is even broken there
She's not broken, lower elo players just don't know how to punish mistakes. Like beating a low elo irelia is so easy you just gotta not walk up to casters when they are low

Low elos struggle mostly with
1. playing from beihind
2. Finishing a game (using the lead)
3. Recognizing the importance of vision
4. Have sustain in teamfights
I have an account in gold to play with irl friends. You need to add a lot more to that list my man:
•Awareness
•Letting fed teammates carry
•Champ pool too small/too big
•Tilting (or rage queuing)
•Playing around win con (soul/late game 5v5/split push etc)
•Having a brain
•Trash talking teammates (legit never helps)
•Even getting enough sleep makes a big difference imo
•Situational item builds
And last but in my opinion is the most influential single thing you can do to improve: REVIEWING LOSSES TO IDENTIFY WHAT WENT WRONG! Thank you for your time.

@@BlahChen No they perfectly describe low elo. That's why low elo games are much longer than high elo ones. In majority of games people just spend 35-40 mins going back and forth and then one team get a random ace and win the game

1:16 i can say as a gold player, that irelia isn't really a hard champion. It's so easy to farm with her and its a very oppressive champion to many melee champions in mid. So i disagree that irelia "doesn't dominate gold elo because she's a hard champ"
She is hard to play mechanicaly, you can see who is a skilled and who is a newbie Irelia, in low elo you can get away with it because you farm easily, get items and do dmg even with auto attacks, but in higher elo you need some skill and knowledge

idk man I know that I'm g3 so technically low ELO at its finest but my mechanics with qiyana are pretty good (71%wr), so I don't think all low ELO are as trash as you said. ofc macro plays and sum shit like that are the reasons why I'm in pisslow
