Hi! For this, you don't need to have a reservation, its just that during peak hours, you would have to queue when ordering or if there's a lot of people, you would also need to queue to enter. Hope this helps! We suggest that you go to Starbucks as early as you can to secure a table with the view of the river!

Is it busy there during the week? I’ve seen other videos where they had to wait a few hours 😮

Hi! I believe it is also busy during public holidays and on peak season. but for us, we only experience queuing for big brands, but not much.

It seems to be very busy very day. We took a taxi to get there was told from a taxi driver that most of people said waiting to get inside there is at least couple of hours. When we were dropped off and there was no line outside. We were told to get a number and waiting is 90 minutes. I just want to get a cup of coffee to go but even to order to go, we need to wait 90 minutes. It’s stupid rule and was not worth it because there are so many other great coffee you can drink in Japan. After this experience I stop going to Starbucks in US unless Starbucks is the only place available to get a cup of coffee such as inside of airport. It is not worth waiting for us. I rather use my time wisely!
