Due to above reasons,I would like to file a lawsuit against the oozora police to the YAGOO court of seiso(?) Justice for violations of criminal procedural law and also appeal to overturn the micomet verdict.

The rights to adequate legal representation and the rights to not provide incriminating evidence against oneself is also there,especially confessions under duress.
But in practice I heard many cops force confessions out from people,even some tourist who were detained are told to sign a confession even if they don't know what the document entails.
I heard the police also somehow can prevent detainee access to attorney,so although de jure they have protection de facto they are not exactly going smoothly,or at least from the stuff that I read.
