After Pekora gets locked up for April Fools, she is told that in order to free herself from prison, she needs others to tell her good things. So she decides to let the world know how good she is, by force

Context: When the alcoholics (Danchou , Lamy and Aki) did a stream together, Lamy asked what makes you think " Wow, I'm so glad to be alive" when you drink?
Danchou essentially said when she sees a extroverted(?) person that she dislikes (not necessarily, my tl may sound harsher than the original) falls into a unfortunate situation, it makes her alchohol extra tasty

The reason why she made that joke is about her grudge to Pekora after her mind breaking defeat in Getting Over It. That's all it was, just a joke. If people take it out of context they are either an anti or just someone who's new to the rabbit hole and they need to understand that in all holo generation, 3rd gens has the strongest bond.
