Why are there stickers with just a numbers instead of exact weight amounts? For that price I would expect it to be provided - it's way more meaningful.

Each plate is 10 pounds, so by simply moving the decimal one place for any of those (16) numbers in the basic set, then dividing by two for the 2:1 ratio, should be in the ball park of what actual pull is required to achieve equilibrium with the load. Those numbers on the stacks are simply applied stickers, so put your own pound equivalents on there with a label maker, if pounds are important for your training for some reason. Make stickers in 5 pound increments up to 80 pounds, and start with 5 for the top plate/rod assembly, then go up by 5 for every 10 pound plate. Hand/bar attachments will of course increase or lessen this number, depending upon whether you are raising or lowering them. Additional weight plates may be purchased in an accessory pack. The actual weight equivalent to, say, a dumbbell lateral raise is like comparing apples and oranges anyway. Weight poundage, like those sequential numbers, are all merely a reference because the constant weight resistance inherent to a stacked of weights in a pulley system is linear. Bands are progressive as they stretch. Free weight load varies according to the leverage, or relative position in the arc of the movement to gravity. A pulley will hit those same muscles differently than free weights for the same movement. Use this to your advantage, to vary your workouts. Rather than being beholden to a certain weight amount in pounds, gauge what you can accomplish within the target rep range, and go from there.

I was able to put mine together by myself using the manual. However, for the life of me, I still have not been able to figure out the tablet holder. You would think it would be the easiest part.

this is good but missing some important steps and detail. For example, step 3 is incorrect: First, the bottom of the flexible tool hanging plate needs to receive a washer and then be inserted. Then, the top gets a washer, gets inserted, and then two other washers and a screw on top completes the step. Home users: The diagram on page 10 of the manual has the schematic you need for correct assembly. Simply inserting the rotating tool hanger does not complete the installation.

Seeing this video of you hitting the bolts with a drill should be excluded. Your bolts are too soft for a powerful drill.
    Edit: built over twenty
