- Congratulations on becoming the proud owner of a Centr 3 Home Gym functional trainer! Before the gains begin, let’s get your new fitness equipment assembled.
This functional trainer was formerly known as the Inspire Fitness SF3. Rest assured that your Centr 3 is built on 20+ years of quality craftsmanship - and assembly instructions remain the same.
The Centr 3 is a two-in-one home gym that pairs a cable machine with a selectorized Smith bar in one streamlined design. It comes equipped with two 165lb (75kg) weight stacks - which you can tie your Smith bar straight into - and smooth-gliding pulleys for frictionless movement. There’s almost no strength training exercise you can’t smash on this machine!
Plus, your Centr 3 comes with a FREE 3-month digital Centr subscription - so you can start building strength with Cable Builder, the 9-week program specifically designed to help you make the most of your new home gym.
Chris Hemsworth’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi and competitive powerlifter Jess Kilts will show you how to maximize muscle gains with no barbells or dumbbells in sight.
If you haven’t redeemed your free Centr membership yet, scan the QR code on the postcard that was in your equipment box, or head to Centr.com and sign up using the activation code underneath the QR code.
