I don't get attached to people because they all leave eventually and I dont want that pain - Im too numb for that anyway. People just dont know how to react. How am i meant to explain to them? Im broken. Im dyimg on the inside and i dont even know why. I think about food all the time and i hate myself so much. I want to scream and cry and be alone but i want people at the same time. Thats only the half of it. I just can't explain it - not in words. not to anybody.

First you feel sad, then anger and suddenly your empty. You can feel yourself breaking and you want to scream for help but its as if your mouth is sewn shut. Your heart is breaking inside your chest and the shards pierce your lungs and suddenly you cant breathe or scream or cry. Everything in you stops working, and everytime you get asked how you feel you say fine and everyone assumes its because of a deep sadness but HOW CAN YOU BE SAD IF YOU CANT FEEL! You get asked are you nervous, excited? did you have fun? how was it? ALL YOU CAN SAY IS NO, YES AND IT WAS FINE! And when you finally say im not okay everyone just says, "You act fine though."
Pickle Gerard I know what you mean. I have liked this one guy for a whole year. And he liked me... I had depression before him then it went away... he stopped liking me... He got with my best friend... I can’t cry anymore... that’s how empty I am... I have lost the one person that I could stay up at night for hours and hours just talking. No matter what it was. And now I have nobody left.

It's sad to see that so many people watch these no doubt I watch them too but do that many people really feel like this? It's sad to see that our generation feels very lost and insecure. And honestly it sucks trying when all we wanna do is cry. I know it's hard I'm going through somethings as well but eventually we'll all end up happy so please don't feel insecure

Don't lie to us. "We'll all end up happy." I hope most of us do, but there will always be some that don't. Suicide rates are high, a lot of people go through life depressed. Their. Whole. Life. Just empty and numb. So yeah, hopefully we will all be happy, but you know that's not true. This is coming from someone who recently had a boy hang themselves in the bathroom at school. He's on a ventilator, brain dead, and his parents will eventually have to pull the plug.
If by "We'll all end up happy" you mean you then good for you but others maybe won't. I stay awake till 4 a.m. thinking about life and other stupid stuff. When I finally go to sleep it's bc I cried myself to sleep and it's like that every single night for me. I have depression yes and it sucks and theres a chance I could get better but there is also a chance that I won't. So some people can end up happy but others maybe not. I don't wanna ever get out of bed to go to school anymore. I don't even want to go just to see my friends. I'm not motivated anymore. I grew up living with my aunt and uncle, my mom and dad are both still alive. I can't love the one I want to love bc it's my est friends ex. My mom is crazy now bc of drugs. Me and my dad are great now but last year he blocked me for dating a black person

Have you ever been so sad but because you’re in public or there are one or two people around and you feel like you can’t or shouldn’t cry so you have to bottle all you emotions and hide them away. Then when you’re finally alone you let it all out but have to careful not to be to loud or someone might hear you through the door. When you try to talk about what’s going on even if it’s just saying it out loud when no ones there you start crying and you feel as though theirs something stuck in your throat that’s making it hard to breathe and you have to gasp for air because you feel like your drowning or being suffocated by your own emotions. Have you ever felt that?
Yes, too many times. Moist eyes, looking at the sky, trying to search for a miracle to take place and take my pain away, trying to looking for those eyes, who will understand me, trying to curse my fate. Done all that. Fought it out with the situation. Still fighting, but everyday, when I wake up, I tell myself, today, my miracle will happen. Today, God will look at me. I live with hope. Hope doesn't show me the future but hope let's me live for the better future.
And when we cry and they hear they just ignore it so thus silent cries are the most painful
And you have to cover your mouth to make sure you don't make a sound and you shake as the tears just cover your face

There's nothing worse than feeling nothing at all and that's how I feel until that one day where one simple stupid things makes me feel and then I burst into tears for no reason but I can't stop crying. But feeling hurt is better than feeling nothing at all right?

There seems to be two kinds of depression: people who feel only pain and sadness and wish they couldn't feel anything and then people who don't feel anything anymore and just wish they could feel pain again. It's a pick your poison kind of thing.
Last year I went to go eat cereal, I was happy one second but there was no cereal and I broke down crying probably emotions from a long time ago (｡ﾉω＼｡) I don't handle loosing anyone or anything to well it makes me feel broken loosing someone I could cry a lot the day I loose them but then hide that emotion deep inside, but it will eventually come backup very very strong (｡ŏ﹏ŏ) I'm very disappointed in my self I cry 2 in my new school ( well it was my old school but we move to a different country and of course new school we just move back last year August ) once when one of the younger children hugged me I don't know why I just did and another time when one of my old friends left I was the third to start cry the whole class cryd except one or 2 people ╮(＾▽＾)╭ I am terribly and deeply sorry for waisting your time and for my horrible grammar pweas forgive me (；^ω^）

I don’t know why I watch these. I’m not sad or broken. At least I don’t think so. But these types of videos give me some kind of appreciation towards others and opening myself up to there feelings. To be a vent to the hurt or “broken”. To be the trustworthy friend or stranger that could make someone’s day. Sometimes it’s just a good feeling knowing our made someone’s day that much better
i honestly think that tom holland is such an underrated actor. sure people recognize him for marvel mostly, but i see his skill the most in his drama films like in the heart of the sea and the impossible. not many actors that young give viewers an emotional impact through the screen.
I love how I randomly started crying for a second...then everything went away. I felt no emotions, no pain, and for once I felt like I was ok by myself. The only thing I could hear were the voices in my head saying every bad thing possible. Now, i dont know what I have. People say its depression but i dont have it I'm Mrs. Positive, right? I dont have anything I'm not diagnosed with no matter how much my stepmom tells me I have it...I dont. Life is hard. And some see that ending it is the right option. At this point I do to. A 12 year old shouldn't think this. A 12 year shouldn't want to hurt themself.
I had guys tell me they want me to be normal and simple but I can't and I don't think I ever will be. Can't they just accept the fact that I am a complicated mess and will never be easy to understand....

Stay strong! Everything will be fine! You have a whole life in front of you! It's okay if you don't feel, because you have gone through difficult situations and you have probably built a wall around your heart so that it will not be hurt again, but in time you'll be able to tear down that wall. The sun will rise after this long and dark night!

I lost my dad to stage for Colon cancer in 2012. I was just 14. I never got to do the things with him that he promised me he would do. Where my brother and sister both had their chances and they blew it. They weren't their for him when he was sick and they never came back home. THEN my best friend and lifelong companion died 2 years ago that I had since I was 5! My old yellow lab Feller.
In the end I ended up with anxiety attacks. Depression. A Dark sense of humor & overall Numbness. I don't tell people how I really feel because they will never understand. I don't have time to explain it and even then I can't explain it! If I do, they scold me, Act like they know me. What I'm going through. Tell me what to do and that I'll be fine... I hate it when people do that. Like no! No okay you don't know and you don't really care and don't you dare try to tell me what to do about it! I'm broken. I'm cold and I'm numb. And you know what. I'm done fighting it.i accept it! & Some days are worse than others but this is how I am.

I’m fortunate enough to have found that and although having that hasn’t completely “fixed me” it helps me feel less alone. And I am so very sorry for your loss, they’re with you always.

I don't know what I feel. Sometimes I feel so sad, and other times I just ... I don't know it's like I have no feelings yet feel everything at the same time. And for some dumb reason, whenever I feel nothing I trigger myself to feel sad because I think of sad as safe, it's a feeling I am extremely familiar with. It's messed up, why would I want to feel sad?

It's a bad idea watching a lot videos like that at one time. On "Lo Impossible" I could no longer hold back my tears. They just broke through and I cried to the end and for another minute or two. Thank you for this. Really. Maybe it's sound's weird, but sometimes, that's exactly what you need - a little bit crying

My boyfriend that I’ve known for 9 years, I found out has been cheating on me it’s pretty fucked up. I had my suspicions and I found out today actually. I’m so hurt and broken, I was clean for so long and this just make the ball drop. I can’t explain how much I feel betrayed tbh.
