CTEV is a very common foot congenital abnormality in newborns. it can be recognized at the time of birth. with the early start of manipulation and repeated plaster application by Ponsetty technique followed by use of a brace and long term, followup give excellent outcome. proper application of plaster and constant use of a proper brace is mandatory. these children can be saved from the agony of long-term disability if properly managed in time. 5% recurrence is found in spite of best care but even recurrence can be managed by the proper application of plaster again but with more plaster application and minor orthopedic surgery.

Sir mery bety k 6 plasters ho chuky hn..ab shoe daly hn..but shoe thora time bad khud hi uter jata h.. .jb shoe uterta h,tb pao halka sa andr ki tarf hi dikhta h...koi surgery nhe hui abhi.just exercise hmy btai h.,..

सर मेरे वेटे के हाथों और पैरों के सभी जॉइंट ठीक नहीं है साथ में क्लब फुट भी है उम्र 16 साल है घुटने ,कोहनी हाथ के पंजे ,कंधे कुलहा, बच्चे की आई क्यूं बहुत अच्छी है।
