This doctor is smart . I’ve been doing research and it seems that most people that did the ponseti method and applied exercises , hand massages and old remedies had very little issues as adults . But most people that had surgery upon surgery upon surgery from 6 months to 1 year to 4 years had issues at 30/40 years as adults . The best is the exercise the feet as much as possible and work those bones early to avoid issues at older age

Sir Namaskar, I got Anamoly scan report 23 weeks of my Pregnancy. Anamoly scan report says that there is antromedially bowing of left tibia and fibula and shortening of tibia less then 3rd centile. Sir, What is the treatment after baby's birth ? Is it Curable? Please help us sir.

My son is premature of 8 month born on 20oct 2022 and he got admitted in nicu for 25 days... He is also diagnosed ctev in both foot..His weight is only 1.9 kg till now... Also some medication is going on... Sir from which day we can start to appply plaster for ctev
Prematurity is not a contraindication for plaster.
We can start plaster even in premature child if child is medically fit.
If your child is on medication then you can even wait for two more weeks.
It will not affect the results of treatment.

Thank you sir for elaborative video. I have one doubt. One set of exercise takes 20-25 min and my doctor recommend 3-4 sets of exercise. Also 1 hr required for massage and bath. 23 hrs bracing seems tough. Whether we need to include exercise time also while calculating 23 hrs or we should stop exercise for now?

Foot size of Clubfoot is smaller than opposite side and difference vary and depends on
1. Severity of foot
2. Timing of treatment when you start treatment (early treatment gives best results)
3. Tightness of muscles after treatment
4. Status of relapse
Power / strength remains normal
Child walk like normal child
Regarding same shoe size it depends on how much is the difference. You can use double socks 🧦 to compensate the difference

Sir my sister is 15 years old but seems like 8 years child. She is not well developed, like her height is approx 4.4 ft and she dont pronounce words clearly but main problem is that her both foot is bent sidewise inwards making a curve and she is now starting to walk on putting all her body pressure on right part of her right foot and left part of her left foot.we have done a x-ray, prescribed by the doctor and doctor says that she has to have plaster regularly in 15 days and approx 8,9 plaster will happen and then, doctor will give shoes for her to wear and he also says that in one feet he may have to do surgery. So, i request you to please give me your valuable time and some opinion about it 😢❤️
