I feel you. I have to be awake at 5-5:30 every morning Monday to Friday for work and so now that I’m in the habit of doing it for work because I have to, I find that I’m also doing on the weekend though I could sleep in because I don’t necessarily need to be awake so early then. But I do agree with you. It makes you feel so much more productive and better knowing that you are getting up early and seizing the morning that wasting it away in bed.
Sleeping in is deemed as lazy because you're wasting your day if you sleep in until mid day etc. Where as going to bed early reflects that you will wake up early, and have more of the day to enjoy :)
@@eleanormann9650 But there are the same amount of hours in the day, whether you wake up early or stay up late. I could get the exact same amount of things done by staying awake while you'll asleep... It is the exact same thing. :)
Eleanor Mann yeah like I totally understand why people think that, like my dad haha love parents. But what about police, firefighters, nurses, doctors, pilots, etc? Like they have COMPLETE different schedules yet they’re far from lazy. I just wanna sleep until noon is that too much to ask 😭

Whenever I get up past 9:30 I have a really slow start and I don't have much energy the whole rest of the day - as well as no motivation - which is probably why people think it's lazy to get up later bc you act "lazy" the whole day. (edit: just want to make sure yk I agree w you lol)

Theres this website called sleep calculator which tells you when u should get up or go to sleep based on what time u want to get up or what time your going to sleep. A bit of a run on sentence but I hope this helps!
I've been getting up v late and then I'm rushed for the rest of the day trying to fit things into a tighter schedule, and this gave me the motivation to get back on track! It's more motivating than Kimberly's was imo, so tysm for giving me a push in the right direction!
my sleep schedule sucks! I'm a baker which means getting up at 4am for an early shift occasionally. On days I have uni I'm up at about 7-8am. There's random days in the week I don't have uni or work, so I don't set an alarm. I go out on weekends often so thats anywhere between 1-5am bed time and always up before 11am the next day. eg. last night fell asleep 3.30am and slept in with the boyfriend until 10am. Videos like this are out of the ballpark for me but I still enjoy watching them :)

it's a Saturday and I woke up with no alarm at 6am because for school I've been setting an alarm between 6:05 and 6:25am to wake up to even though I stayed up till 11ish and school night i go to sleep at 10ish. love you rach xx

I’m going to try out this challenge to see if my sleeping pattern will fix its self but never as early as 5:30😘
Try having a baby, they will definitely help you to wake up earlier ! My little girl has decided that 5-5:30 is the prime wake up time, even though she just goes right back to sleep after I get out of bed

I could never. I have 8am lectures so getting up at 6:40am is already too much for me lol
