cataphractus Nobody could sing like LG in his prime. I’m a huge NoelHead but everytime i come back to this it reminds why Liam is one of the greatest singers of all time.
i love that moment too and there's a version where Noel sings it and his voice has actual vibrato on that line. But I just looked it up to see which song it comes from, thinking it was a cover and its a David Bowie song. The line is actually "all the young dudes carry the news". Not blues. Which is mad because it sounds like are both singing "blues". Wonder if they got it wrong without realising, you know how you mishear things when you're a kid!
My dad and my uncle haven’t spoken to each other for 20 years. I’m quite sure one will die before they reconcile. It depresses me, but it’s an issue that can’t be brought up to my dad. Guess shit like brothers hating each other happens everywhere. It just so happened that in Noel and Liam’s case, they made some of the best music. What a shame.
I haven't spoken to my excuse of a brother in 8 years and i intend to never have the misfortune to have him in my life again. Hes poisonous, toxic and a bully. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Got into music because of Oasis at 14 years old and through them discovered loads of great bands (all pre-80's). This was the first song I learned to play on the guitar and the first song I strum to this day when I pick up my acoustic. Love it.

80 kids 90s teenagers. Fuck we were free. I used to look back at the 70s on the TV and old yellow orange stained photos of my mum and aunties and think that era looked so cool to live through. The older I got I realised we already did. It was the 90s. And Oasis lead the way. The last proper movement. Thank fuck we were alive to live it. This is my favourite live acoustic they’ve ever done because it sounds so vintage like out of the 60s or the 70s. But it was ours.
I've never reffered to myself as a "fan" of Oasis. But I wish there were more like em. The songs depend, practically alone, on the strength of the song writing. No gimmicks or culturally timely persuasion. They arent edgy or fashionable. SOME of them arent even likeable. Just some well written tunes. I like that
Liam's voice was borderline angelic during this time.
Remy Steele BIBLICAL!
You think mate ? The man's fucking untouchable here man
Remy Steele I agree. Borderline Godlike with angelic preceding the former.

This folks, was the 90s. The greatest period in time to be a teenager. Ever.
90's blew, some pockets of good bands here and there, the rest of the 90's was a depressive MTV mess
90's teens had freedom. today, teens are controlled. they live in a gigantic sect.
The greatest period to be a teenager was when you were a teenager.
Bet the kids of today are thinking what the fuck happened to MTV. From playing Oasis in the 90s live to Ex on the Beach. lol
The 60s is good for teenager to listen to music and die in vietnam
Don't really know why but Liam reminds me so much of Spiters lead singer
He reminds me of George Best
Best version of Whatever, they even look happy!
2nd. I'm partial to the 2001 Glasgow gig.
Noel’s solo acoustic version is the best
You taking the piss they look happy 😂😂♥️😂😂😂😂
Mr Sifter Nah
and they were, this year they had released their first album and everything was fine :(
The harmony of Liam’s & Noel’s voices is pure gold.

It absolutely does
That part is also my favourite but did they only sing this in this version?
they're singing "all the young dudes" by Bowie at the end, great tune too

I'm free to be whatever I
Whatever I choose
And I'll sing the blues if I want
I'm free to say whatever I
Whatever I like
If it's wrong or right it's alright
Always seems to me
You only see what people want you to see
How long's it gonna be
Before we get on the bus
And cause no fuss
Get a grip on yourself
It don't cost much
Free to be whatever you
Whatever you say
If it comes my way it's alright
You're free to be wherever you
Wherever you please
You can shoot the breeze if you want
It always seems to me
You only see what people want you to see
How long's it gonna be
Before we get on the bus
And cause no fuss
Get a grip on yourself
It don't cost much
I'm free to be whatever I
Whatever I choose
And I'll sing the blues if I want
Here in my mind
You know you might find
Something that you
You thought you once knew
But now it's all gone
And you know it's no fun
Yeah I know it's no fun
Oh I know it's no fun
I'm free to be whatever I
Whatever I choose
And I'll sing the blues if I want
I'm free to be whatever I
Whatever I choose
And I'll sing the blues if I want
Whatever you do
