You did a great job bro. When these manufacturers make these workstations,a lot of players don’t use then because the tutorials and the sequencer itself are hard to follow and too complicated to use. I know for a fact that this won’t effect my creativity. Thanks again bro. It’s always good to have a backup sequencer.
One of the best demostration videos I have seen in a long time, advanced in sound but simple in execution . Thank you brother and thank you Guitar Center.
The best video presentation of this new board I have seen yet. Amazing job and extremely well done Chop. This literally sold me for sure on this synth. Thank you. Roland... are you listening???
this is an extremely powerful keyboard. And that's not just me being a roland fanboy, it's really a synthesizer first. the sequencer has a learning curve, but it's pretty smooth still. TR rec is genius. Where this keyboard shines though, is interfacing with a computer. As long as you have a DAW (you can probably use a hardware mixer/recorder too) you can track everything out straight through USB. all 16 tracks. Incredible.
Second time watching this video. This keyboard is beautiful. It looks like the best thing since the Korg Triton in 1999! Great sounding instruments, reminds me of a JV1080 (i'm old school). The sequencer and sequencer 'pattern' for the drums is next level! The faders is a sick idea too! I would like everybody to acknowledge there is just a power supply, and stereo output used. I only needed a mixing desk twenty years ago for all of my sound modules - these days it's just a MacBook with 3.5mm headphone jack for mixing and USB C to Amplifier if working on speakers, because all of the sounds are inside one device. A lot of guys still use dedicated mixing desks but listen to this keyboard! Everything is mixed down to stereo so this really makes sense. You can make a full beat and record the vocals right into this machine. I am impressed!
its in our blood whether we admit it or not i been wanting to learn to play legitimately and what sticks put to me the most or like the thing that pulls me in is when someone get on the piano at church. ive never been close with god but i cant deny the impact n influence of gospel music in rap and in me

This video convinced me to buy the Fantom-0 from my local guitar center after watching the first 8:30. I had the original Roland FA76 (the OG one, from the late 90s/early 2k) for many years and this new keyboard hit so many nostalgic points for me I just HAD to get it. I LOVED my FA76 and how it handled recording/looping/track composing, it made it so easy for me to compose and just suited my style. I was on the fence years ago between getting a yamaha MOXF8 and the Roland FA08 and eventually went with the Yamaha due to my preference for it's weighted keys, and piano, acoustic, string, and brass sound quality. But even after owning it for the last 5 years I still have no clue how to use 85% of the capabilities of that keyboard (it's not very intuitive, and is primarily intended to be interfaced/used with CUBASE rather than as a stand alone composing instrument). When I saw how incredibly well built and intuitive this new Roland Fantom keyboard is, on top of it having all the incredible features of the Fantom line (16 pads, the new drum sequencer cuz like holy crap that was amazing) and the best/latest sounds from Roland that I would say are easily on par or better than MOXF8 I just had to jump on it and get it. I was originally seriously looking at buying the Roland Fantom G8 (which I've absolutely adored for the longest time, and would go to my local guitar center every weekend for YEARS just to play on it until they took it off the floor), but I'm so glad I did some more research when I was finally ready to take the plunge because I found out Roland had released a new model, and this new Roland Fantom-0 just absolutely sings to me.
Can I just ask, would it be possible for you to do a tutorial on how to arrange a complete song with verses, chorus, bridge etc? What you created was great, it would be fantastic to see how this could all be put together in a real song. Thanks.
