It's 100% Polyester, 100% Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Backing Ottertex Waterproof Canvas. 600 denier. 390 GSM. Hope that helps!

Would I be able to do this with a 4 x 4 machine ?
These keychains would not fit the 4x4 hoop but you’d be able to make a smaller version. I make these on a PE800 using the 5x7 hoop.

What kind of thread and fabric do you use?
The main thread I use is Madeira thread but I also use Metro Pro. The fabric is waterproof canvas.

@OpalSkyEmbroidery the thread keeps slipping from the guides no matter how much I double check the placement. Always happens after about 20 stitches
