Whats the best plugs to run on my B20vtecturbo I know cold but the guy from Advance Auto give me a 240sx plug something -8 and-11 ngk laser plug it doesn't look right but I put small gap and it's running like hammered hound dogs dick until vtec kicks at 4800 and boost 5000 did alittle something something to the Intake compressor side was 5500 when full spoiled i only have on 9 psi with 450cc injectors stock block and all but monster turbo when it was on 16 psi it was fast I ran 13.8 just b20z know it has all that one at a time CTR HEAD then turbo kit and i smoked a gsxr750 But I been sick so I get once in awhile to mess with it sometimes it's 2 months full accell ignition 10.5mm wires also I ordered a new map and iat waiting on them to come in if I wasn't recovering i would be ok please lmk
Good video, 1 thing I like to mention is the fancy fasteners are only as strong as what's being bolt into. Aluminum is softer than a lot of people think. There was 1 type of ARP fasteners called Professional Series don't think its avsliable now, they were absoultly the best I have found, these were the only studs that were not loosing torque due to the slight streachy characteristics so it's not deforming the threads on the bulkhead it's pulling on. The worst I have used are the 8740.
I see so many who put the coil on plug on b series engine and they always seem to constantly have issues with them. Run a dragonfire distributor and never look back. No more issues.

Need to tell the customer to put push connect on the boost selonoid and turbo i seen very expensive turbo damaged when one of those zip ties let go and the turbo suckes the hose and zip tie.
do they degree the cams in that k motor? I would love for humble to do a video on how to. I tried various forums and videos and it's still pretty confusing. when and how its done. I'm gonna have to when I get my k24 head complete. y'all do good work. watch every vid
@@paistuproductions5519 yes and that falls under race use. Really no need to run a cam over 15mm of lift on a street engine. All is needed these days to make 300hp is 14mm of lift and 260@.50 duration anything over you're just putting unnecessary strain and wear on the valve train components and timing chain tensioner.

Humble performance i honestly just like spark plug wires and plugs that to me is just a add on problem and he has what on what I'm saying I've seen them take stock harness and wore a b16a with accell and k20 resistor plug wires it would run with out a certain resistor spark plug

Just a little fyi for anyone who reads this, turbo sizing is a critical area where several different size compressor wheels and a will work and same for the turbine wheel and housing. The smaller the a/r on the turbine the sooner the turbo can spool but at some point it can become a restriction if it's too small for a given airflow. Running too big a turbo for your intended horsepower and application ( street car, daily, drag, time attack or just fun on the twisties) will affect your power curve leaving no power till your redlining. It's really the cfm or pounds per min and pressure ratio that determines power capabilities and it's best to figure out your end goals and budget then rear up on other people's turbo choices and decide. Cause a turbo that spools super quick down low is fun but stresses the transmission and drivetrain way more and is tricky to drive fast out of corners so research and ask companies and people before you get anything, parts combos really make a difference plus buying a exhaust manifold for a t4 and you end up getting a t3 or mitsubishi size it'll suck.

It's really not a necessity to degree cams on a k series. The ones that do are for race use only

There is no pros the main reason you would use the kit is because hydraulic transmissions are much easier to come by.
