Kudos and job well done. I was born in DR, raised in Florida. My wife is from Jamaica and we plan on doing the same with our children moving to the DR within in the next 5yrs.
The background noise was not an issue… I want to congratulate you and your wife! Your child is a product of your actions. 😊 As for advice for raising children in DR… I think children find their way around on their own, just as your child, when they feel supported by their parents or loved ones. I was born in NY went to school for 1 yr in Santiago, returned to the U.S., moved back to DR and went to college there and lived there for a while, but ended up returning to the US. I don’t have any regrets but I do travel there a lot and to other places as well. Traveling abroad has taught me so much, especially to be respectful of other cultures. So when you have a chance, take your daughter to Paris and Italia 😊. And please, tell us how we can buy the bracelets. Sorry for my long comment.
Thanks for sharing this. And I will definitely take her to those place she like. As far as the bracelets I think I spoke too soon. Not realizing most people are not living here in Santo Domingo.
