Man, the prices there are just nuts. Wish I’d moved there when I first thought about it, in the 1990s. Single people and working people are just screwed in St. John’s County. Screwed!
Yeah, my friend Rick tried to start a boating repair and parts shop in that over 20 years ago but was too soon for the area. He would love to see it now, lost him 4th of July 08 in a boating accident 😢

There is affordability on the other side of 95. We are starting to see it everywhere
