Hey i have the live 400bt jbl headphones and i accidently dropped them. And without anything bracking the ear pad and the technic Part got separated and i cant connect them again. Could you help me?

Please help me with my issues. My left earbud on my blue jbl free earbuds have very, very low audio almost to the point of not hearing it. It is properly paid up and other functions do work except for my audio. Please help me
