    This review is the reason I bought the X32i. Have to say I am so glad I did. It has been amazing and they continue to put on more content such as comedy tours, haunted house tours etc;.

    Hello YTubers and Kevin, Yep it has been over a month and I apologize for not getting back to the X32i review comment section to follow up my X32i purchase and experience.
    Right off the bat, I love it! It took a little over a week from ordering to delivery. It showed up by a 18 wheeler truck on my narrow street and the truck driver used a lift gate and pallet jack to carefully offload it and rolled it into my garage. (Standard Free Delivery) The delivery date was coordinated ahead of time so I had my friend there to help to unpack and move the X32i into the house. The palletized box was huge and the X32i was well packaged inside. I looked over the unit to see if any damage was done during transport and after a few minutes I felt confident that all was in good shape. By far the heaviest part was the treadmill base and it will take two capable people to lift and move it to your location in the house. I purchased several 1 inch think 48x48 inch interlocking thick rubber mats that you normally would find in a gym. I used the rubber matting between my wooden floor and the machine. Not really necessary due to the X32i has decent size rubber pads. The instructions are easy to follow and tools are included, i.e. Allen wrenches and screwdrivers, both Philips and standard. It is an impressive beast once you get the all the components together. I am so glad I got the X32i. I recently saw a X11i at a store and it does not come close to X32i to the sheer size of the screen that the X32i has. Once it was all was together, I plugged it in and waited a few minutes for the boot up. It walks you through the set up process, Wi-Fi, iFit membership and machine software updates. My first event I did was with iFit instructor John Peel. It was 15 segments of hiking the Grand Canyon. (Spoiler Alert) IT WAS AWESOME!
    John keeps you motivated and keeps it fun and yet you learn a lot about the history of the Grand Canyon and the vistas in HD on this enormous 32 inch screen is so engaging. The machine didn't skip a beat, the decent to the Colorado River was vigorous. The angle of attack matched the terrain that was on the screen. The ascent back up to the top was just as fun and very challenging. The angle got as high as 25 degrees on the switchbacks on the trials. During the hike, it felt like I was there with John. I found myself talking back to the screen when John would pick up the pace in the intervals segments of the climb back up to the top of the canyon and once I completed the Grand Canyon hike, I wanted more and this machine and the iFit instructors delivered. The first week I had this X32i, I had a total of 8:06:07 hours, I did a distance of 20.21 miles with 3,976 calories burned, elevation gain was 3,953 feet with a pace of 24:03 per mile. With so many iFit events to do I don't need Netflix or Hulu etc.. This machine is built for people who want a workout challenge and fun at the same time losing weight and getting fit. If I wanted watch movies and shows at the same time I worked out then I would have purchased a skateboard and a iPad and duct tapped the iPad to my face and skateboard down Pikes Peak. The iFit instructors are better than any shows or movies while one is working out.
    I am sold on this Nordictrack X32i. The heartbeat monitor is spot on, it connects automatically once you start an event. That enormous 32 inch high definition touch screen is so amazing that you really feel immersed into environment. The X32i is solid. It is very quiet even at running at 7.8 mph and the dual fans are a huge plus! Things I noticed that this machine has is a camera in the top center of the screen or I think it's a camera lens? Treadmill Reviews.com makes no mention of this. Perhaps they can clarify? Also I noticed that the X11i had a HDMI connection port and a USB port, the X32i does not. I am not sure why? The bluetooth function was easy to setup but I haven't used to listen to music yet. There is also a 3.5 mm jack for those who want to plug in their music on the X32i, I just haven't found the need to listen to music on my machine yet. The water bottle holders are big enough for a 32 oz bottle of Gatorade, but the handles are a bit in the way to get too when running or hiking but it's not a show stopper. There have been a couple of hiccups in the visuals, but I will chalk that up to my Wi-Fi. In the end I am glad I made this purchase. It looks amazing and I look forward to see what challenges the iFit instructors and I can conquer. The Greece segments looks awesome! - Flyingbadger

    I just purchased mine 1 hour ago. Read many reviews, researched many models at all price points. In the end theX32i came out on top out of all the treadmills I looked at. It was way more than I wanted to pay for a treadmill to be sure, but the pros out weighed the cons. I made my purchase over the phone with Norditrack and talked to Tyler in sales located in Utah. I got $175.00 off. (they are running a discount/special deal) I put half down and I will make payments at $58.00 for 36 mo. with 0% APR. All kinds of finance plans available. It’s now just a matter of waiting for delivery! I am very excited! Thanks for your excellent review here on You Tube. I’m really convinced that this was the perfect treadmill to buy. I will post an update when the treadmill arrives.

    A few things about this treadmill for prospective buyers:
    1. There is no built-in access to any streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. You can access admin mode and use the built-in browser, or sideload chrome, but you can't install any apps and can't stream those services within the browser. iFit is nice, but if you're going to put a 32" screen on anything in 2020, this was a pretty big oversight.
    2. The square cup holders are behind the screen, so if you'd like to take a drink, you'll basically have to reach around back to grab your square bottle.
    What were these engineers thinking?

    The heart rate monitor does not come with the Nordictrack x32i. Mine arrived last night. I put it together and no heart monitor. I searched hi and low through all the packaging material to no avail. I contacted Nordictrack today wanting to know where’s my heart rate monitor. I told them TH-cam videos say it comes with the treadmill. You know what they said? “UMM. NO IT DOESNT”. Lol!!!

      Unfortunately , we are having a very poor experience with this treadmill. The horizontal metal bar under the deck literally split in half 4 months ago. Nordic track customer service is abysmal. They just recently sent us the replacement part (which ended up being the wrong part). The service tech came out this week, and said there’s nothing we could have done that would have caused this problem. The entire treadmill needs to be replaced now, and they want to charge us 170 dollars to do so. Needless to say, I would steer clear of this one.

    the heart rate chest strap does not come with the treadmill, and I must say after buying the HRM from Nordic Track, it did not work at first, Nordic Track's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ifit's customer service was excellent and sent a new HRM and it managed to connect. I've seen the IFit HRB go from 70-100 dollars so count on buying one as the treadmill has no other way to pick up your heart beat. The treadmill itself is nice and very stable, and is very low impact.

    Hi - I'm trying to decide between the 2950 and the 32i. I won't be able to fully incline the 32i in the space but love the larger screen. The 2950 screen seems a little tall for me and the angle doesn't adjust so I'm concerned that it will catch the glare. Does anyone else have that issue? Will it be annoying to manage the incline of the 32i - meaning when you're doing a run, how cumbersome will it be to set it so that it doesn't incline beyond 20 degrees?

    • @BestTreadmillReviews
      @BestTreadmillReviews  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      How tall are you? That might help us understand a little bit better so we can help answer your question.
      The screen on the 2950 tilts slightly, it's not a huge adjustment like other screens but you can adjust it a little bit.
      The incline on the X32i will be fine to adjust, if you're in a trainer lead workout and they try to increase the machine to more than 20% then you will just have to override their control by just hitting a button on the console. It shouldn't be too difficult. Please let us know if you have any follow up questions at all, we're happy to help! 😊

    It looks like the platform was bouncing when you were running. This machine is rated to 300 lbs, but other reviews said that is really pushing it, and some even said it might be too bouncy or unstable for those over 20 pounds. Since the deck is several inches off the ground, and the only thing holding it in place appears to be the hydraulic arms which provide the incline/decline, how stable is this machine for a taller guy who tends to pound the belt?

    • @BestTreadmillReviews
      @BestTreadmillReviews  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for checking out our review! The deck is meant to bounce, that is the cushioning they've built into the machine. We have a reviewer who is 6'5", 240 lbs with bad knees and this is his favorite machine because the cushioning is really soft on his joints. The treadmill also runs really loudly. So get some noise cancelling headphones to wear and ask everyone else to leave the room. Overall the quality seems really poor. Go with Peloton instead.

    I wouldn’t recommend getting this. I just got one directly from NordicTrack based on this video and it looks used and is making a loud noise when I used it the first time. I requested that they send another one but they prefer to have someone come fix it. Not for a machine that cost $4,800. I have heard about customer service issues before but I really wasn’t expecting this. If it didn’t look used, it wouldn’t be a big deal - I would be OK with them fixing the loud clanking noise. I will just buy a cheap machine and call it a loss since I have to pay for shipping.

    Will NEVER buy a nordick track, WAYYY too many ads popping up constantly, all youtube vids, and online sites. Lost sale forever.

      That’s their business. Marketing, charge a few grand, and you’re left with turds and a bucket of bolts. They still have runnersWorld and other salespeople pedaling this stuff

    second comment. I had to stop this review because of the presenter. I don't know what kind of secret downer this presenter is on, but I can't handle her sad, beaten down demeanor.

    Awful voice. Nasal. Gravelly. Yet soft and difficult to follow. VERY annoying. Please try another presenter.
