    If the teadmill costs 3.5k I should expect the subscription to be free for life to the programs, and also have 10 years warranty on everything not just the frame and motor.

    Is there anything out there that has cushioning as good as treadmill? Not sure I want to spend $4k on a treadmill, but when I ran on a friend's x32i last week I was amazed on the comfort of the deck. Did 5.5 miles instead of my normal 4.5.

    I found another thing wrong with this treadmill, aside from hig price, and lower weight capacity, it also has no space to put a portable TV screen or a tablet or phone due to not having any ground space. This wont' be a problem if the TV screen can connect to the phone or having youtube and amazon prime built in to watch movies instead while training.

    The warranty is also 10 years on the motor I heard, What is the frame warranty? What does frame mean?

    You did a great review. If I don't subscribe to the service can I hook up my phone/tablet to the the monitor to play my own videos?

      I know this is 7 months after your question, but perhaps some folks will find my answer helpful. You can't connect an external device to it. The screen is an Android device. It's no different than an Android phone except that it defaults to the iFit environment when it loads. There are several good videos on TH-cam showing how one can bypass the iFit environment, however. In that case, one can access the Internet, watch TH-cam videos, watch Netflix or do pretty much anything else that can be done on an Android device. That said, if one is buying this thing to actually get in shape I don't know why one wouldn't get the iFit membership ($15 per month for an individual). It's a totally immersive experience on this machine. Today I followed a really pretty trainer on a three-mile run through the mountains of Costa Rica and learned much about Costa Rica in the process. The time flew by. Even though I've set it up to watch TH-cam videos, Netflix, etc., I've never felt a reason to do so.

    What does it mean to have a lower weight capacity? Just that it won't be able to hold more than 136kg with that particular speeds? or it will break down? Can you say use it at 130kg and it will still be okay even though your 6kg to the cap?

    I have this treadmill, had it for not much time, and its stuck in downward decline position. Nordictrack doesnt have any support, they dont answer the phone, and when I called the sales line, they hung up on me.

    Please exercise caution and sound judgement before buying this product. Their customer support is ignorant and you will likely regret it in weeks if not days. You pay so much for it and there is absolutely nothing you can do once you’ve bought it and face these issues. First they shipped the treadmill in parts it took 3 or 4 months. Then I had billing issues. They billed me twice saying they were sending a second one since the first shipment had missing parts, it took forever to resolve and now the belt does not move. Good luck if you do decide to buy it. I own one and now I feel stuck with it. The belt stopped moving in 6 months and in under 400 miles that I’ve used it for. If you do magically manage to get to help desk - they will literally ask you to open console (which is ridiculous), they use self service concept through a video app. If something happens they don’t even respond to your calls/emails. I dread the music they play when you wait for help and worst thing is they try to sell you more stuff while you’re on hold for hours. 😅 holy macaroni!

      You should lodge an official complaints to consumer affairs dept.

      I have several nordic track equipment over the last 40 years….starting with their cross country ski machine. Then a treadmill. Never needed customer service. Machines always worked great.

      I did, the repair guy was nice and fixed it up. He told me they potentially shipped me a returned piece which had lots of missing parts. All this is fine, and it works well now. But my thing is who has time for all this. Not me.

    Méfiez vous, la garantie, vous pouvez vous asseoir dessus ! J'ai dépenser 4000euro, fait pas beaucoup d'heure dessus, Suite à une opération...
    La machine reste bloqué, la pente ne marche plus et nordictrack ne veut pas appliquer la garantie pour de la poussière alors que je bache ma machine tout les soirs dans une pièce fermer etanche !
