Then they either couldn't read or didn't read the contract. Then trying to meet for payments several times, they don't show up. I'm tempted to just take the car back cause they breached the contract. They don't even know what means. Guess I know why I won't do it ever again...
I always wanted to visit Atlantic Station since I moved from Atlanta. Yet each time I come home to visit it was always some mess happening there. No thank you I will keep my distance.
Watch out!! It’s not just black doctors. It’s some Indian doctors also. I had a gastroenterologist that kept sending me to all his Indian physician friends for exam after exam. As a clinician in medicine myself, my doctor and I had some words and I told him that he was con artist. What could have done with a cat scan with IV contrast was performed with an invasive procedure of lower endoscopic ultrasound. At a cost of almost $14,000 at Northside Hospital. And by the way, my Indian doctor attempted to get me to do a follow up exam with the same lower endoscopic ultrasound at NS hospital. Total SCAM!!!
I live in a small town 80 percent white by the way! The doctor sent me to get the same blood test twice. 2 weeks later I get a letter saying $1k no the hell I do not! Either billing department is over billing or something else! I ain’t paying 💩
This why I get a second opinion before I do anything over 1000.00 dollars medical. These people will pull out all your teeth and gall bladder to make money.
@@tidey4 It’s a bit challenging to get a second opinion before and after a colonoscopy. Insurance will only pay for preventative one time. In cases like this you generally get stuck with the physician that completed the exam. In most cases you can get a second opinion for many other less invasive exams. Invasive exams that are procedural in nature are far more challenging to get that second opinion unless one wants to pay the out of pocket cost. Colonoscopies are expensive so unfortunately our options are limited as patients, sadly.

I'm a physician here in Manhattan and was asked several years ago to meet with some reps for married to medicine!!! Never been married but was told it didn't matter! Come to Atlanta and rent a big ass house and appear on the show that was part of the deal 😂😳!! Hell no!!! Went to a party met this woman she drove the Benz wearing Gucci! Went to her condo and she was sleeping on a air mattress with no furniture!!! Walter I've seen a lot there!! As I said the city of make believe!!!
💯Walters spot on. The fancy cars are often a smokescreen. Many I met when I lived there had a side hustle. Some were honest side hustles but some seemed unsavory. This girl almost had me convinced that she was a Delta🛩️exec who could get me dirt cheap flight deals. Immediate🚩when she said all I had to do for the deal was to “give her cash”. While catching a flight, she didn’t see me but I saw her cleaning up at Hartsfield Jackson🤦🏾♀️.
😂😂😂😂😂
😂🤣... people are crazy
@@Twelly93 😂Nothing wrong with honest work but why lie and why executive level?
@@escah9150 😂Walter and I seemed to travel in different Atlanta circles but our observations are similar. I worked for a Fortune 500 company, coworker was feeling down because other coworkers drove luxury cars. I usually got to work way earlier than her and told her that I saw those luxury cars being repossessed regularly. I said don’t envy anyone here or anywhere driving a luxury car because our cars are paid for and others might have a car note that they can’t afford.
@dyoung2739 definitely nothing wrong with working no matter the position. I think lying is an insecurity issue.
This is my first time watching him 😂 i don't live in Atlanta but he is definitely speaking my mind. Exactly how i thought it was. I have a brother that lives down there and i refuse to visit. I can't stand narcissist or fake ass people. Social media has created a monster everywhere.
And who created social media? It's all planned, the scamming, the narcissism, the general degradation of society...
That one attorney not paying the settlement money to his clients is what got RHOBH Erikyah Jane's husband in all his legal trouble.
That’s hellish.
I'm at work cracking up. Folks asking me what's so funny...🤣🤣🤣
Hey Walter, I visited Atlanta this weekend and was hoping I would see you out and about. You are so funny! This video has me cracking up. I just love how you can just cut through all the BS. I admire your wisdom.
I would have met you for drinks. 🍹
That would have been a thrill for me! Next time I’ll reach out.
Yo just had a conversation with my girlfriend about Atl hustlers. We all been scammed. They look the part-wear nice clothes, drive nice cars, live in nice homes and TALK A GOOD GAME. But as time goes on, you realized you been finessed the truth comes out. They living a lie, ain’t got money and doing whatever to keep up with the trends. I no longer live in Atl because of this. They make it hard to trust your own people!!!!
So fuvking true. 😢
Walter, I will have to agree with you on those attorneys. I avoid them at all cost
They are fancy crooks
Freidn of mine was told by a pharma sales rep that it is common for doctors and lawyers go bankrupt NUMEROUS times.
That’s true!
I love your rants😂. Being pretentious has been normalized these days.

Mmhm... and thanks to social media, it's even easier to be.

There are professionals in my family whom I thought were successful until there was talk about their houses were in foreclosure, they were behind in paying office rent, & couldn't pay their staff on time. They would always brag about trips to Acapulco or Europe, & what influential people they've partied with. Some are heavy gamblers chasing after a hustle after staggering losses. 10000% agreed moved out of ATL last year no turning back. Mostly everybody i ran into had a hidden agenda. Not all but alot!!!!!
Hi Walter. You are funny. I love ALL your commentaries!😂
Thank you. Glad you enjoy it!
it only took one week of networking and moving around, at first it seemed like only a few people on that type of time but after moving around, wow! just alot of 🧢...BIG CAP throughout that city
So true with the surgeons. I work in the operating room, those surgeons ready to fight to do unnecessary surgeries for a huge paycheck
Research..That Nurse 'Blue Eyed' sister told you, said on News "for every COVI diagnosis, they, doctors got $100,000 off their student loans": and you Wonder why those families weren't allowed to visit😢
I have struggled to find genuine people to connect with in Atl.
Why? Leave them people alone.
Wow, I dealing with this with a lawyer now, Walter, he wrote me a $25,000 bounce check. I’m back in Los Angeles now waiting for the sun to come up so I can beat him to his office. If you see or read about me in the news, you will know what happened. I gonna give him 24 hours to get my money!
Wow.
File a police report and contact the district attorney of where he’s located because is he did it to you he probably did it to others once the link several cases the DA will usually file charges. I did that with a contractor come to find out he had over 60 cases in Los Angeles of people who had paid for construction work and he bailed with our money I did get a judgement 4 years later I still haven’t been paid but I sure did put a lean on his home and I was able to do so with the judgment so he might not pay me but I’m sure going to get my money once he sales refinance that home of his by law I need to be paid . Protect yourself and get that paper trail because if he did it to you he did it to others good luck
Ha! At least we’ll know it’s not a random attack

I hope you can get what's owed to you.
Both my kids graduated college and hauled azz outta Georgia - as the saying goes "A child shall lead them".
Hell yeah, cant stand that fuckn state.
Had to watch this one again suga'. Education is priceless!
I learned about 20 years ago. I dont deal with black folks period on the business end. That's when my life improved tremendously. Messed up and sold a car to one a few weeks ago. Then he shows up with his mama. She's paying (red flag),then they don't have all the money. Next thing you know, they don't have the first payment on time.
It’s any doctor. 👩⚕️ i do not care what their race is. Any doctor or lawyer
@@WalterLeeHamptonII
Preach! You are so right!
@@tidey4
It’s a bit challenging to get a second opinion before and after a colonoscopy.
Excellent content. I've lived in ATL for a long time and you are 💯 ACCURATE 😂
After Uncle Walt told you NOT to give this man (attorney) your money.

I went to a burger spot in Midtown yesterday evening. When I got in line there were four teenage boys ordering food, took them about 20 minutes to place their order which came up to $102. Why one of the lil boys asked me could he cash app me the total. I was like, NO! He looked all shocked and repeated it again, no? I said NO real loud and project-kish in my deepest New Orleans accent.
I had ate and left before they finally came up with the money for their food.
Why they tryna cash app at register that was a red flag right there I would have said No too they was tryna steal ur money had u let them get ur phone I lock my cash app have to know my pin to accept or send money
Nooooooo lol
Not sure how they handle things in ATL but in Da Chi, you will get lit up messing with people's money.
Folks get killed here everyday over money 💰 they stole from someone else.
@WalterLeeHamptonII Yes!! A so called realtor got slammed up side the head because he owed money to people. He was in bad shape for months. He got many staples and stitches in his head. He never reported it to the police. I heard he sold his properties to pay the money he owed.😂😂😂

As always, Walter, you are right on the money. If I had a dollar for every top end, luxury vehicle in Atlanta with blacked out windows that is one step ahead of the repo man I would be a rich man.
