Just a few thoughts: Mlynar has strong damage, but that doesn't directly powercreep Silverash. Silverash only has to wait 15 seconds after you place him in so his S3 is activated. Mlynar, as you said in your video, takes 22 seconds.... for the skill to be up, but not for all the damage from his trait to be charged. If you active Mlynar's S3 without waiting 30 seconds or so, he has less damage than Silverash in his 15 seconds. Silver also has a bigger range in his S3 than Mlynar has, so he can defend more lanes than he can. Besides, Mlynar's damage keeps reducing whenever he defeats an enemy, and he can only target 5 targets at once, making him worse than Silverash at clear waving in a lot of cases, since Silver doesn't loose damage at all while his skill is activated and can target up to 6 targets at once. And that's a lot of things he can already do better than Mlynar without talking about the fact that his class lets him block up to two enemies while attacking them, while Mlynar can't since he stays AFK in camp for a while until his skill is activated. Silver, as you said on the video, has the trait to reveal invisible enemies and has a buff on redeployment time for all operators, including himself (something that will get even stronger in his new module). In the end, i think they are both very good operators, and i agree that Mlynar is stronger overall. Tho, Arknights is a game that direct powercreep is not that common, since a lot of operators can do a lot of different niche things that make them useful overall.
Your right, I bout and built him for the reason stated, but Mylner can hit flying enemies of S3, and his S1/2 can be pretty good as a pop up reinforcement, while Silver S1 ewwww, and S2 any guardian, Mountain, Gladia, a Reaper, or even Specter can OFTEN fill the role as well if not better. Though Mylner also has the mixed blessing that is Taunt, which can protect ranged units but also draw aggro away from your lightning rod ops and ensures he needs healing.
I got him in beginner banner when I just starts playing a year ago. 1 hour right after Mlynar banner ended. Let's just say he has been carrying my account for over 8 months until I got Mlynar in standard banner. His Module really makes him viable again. More ATK stats + huge damage boost to Elite Enemies makes him deals almost as huge as Mlynar does. Especially if you only count the 1st skill activation after deployment
he was there for me since the beginning, he's still on the team to this day because i make dumb mistakes and his reduce redeploy talent helps(why did they not increase it in the module it would have been gloriously funny)
Everyone is always trying to say that Młnar makes Silverash obsolete. These poeple need to try using them together. They work wonders together on a stall composition. Silverash S3 duration almost completely covers Młnar skill downtime, so you can have a full 90 seconds of shwing shwing uptime in an emergency. And SA works better as a helidrop, and the invisibility reveal. You can't deny that Młnar has absolutely overwhelming brute force, but SA still has his place.
that leak at the start 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
He's just _that_ old. 👴
Lol
I really love silverdaddy
Got him by spending 180 certs when he was on kernel a.k.a a week ago

Yeah, Silverash's S3 is mostly what you gonna use on him (his S3 also hits flying enemies, btw).
still use him to this day even with mlynar
