You said you don't have payments to be posted that means you haven't received any payments in the bank for that day? Or the day before if we have access to banks deposit log do we can see where the payment came from which payer it is?
That meant I haven't received any new ERAs or RAs. Bank deposits for me usually hit the bank account after the RAs are released, but I don't post payments depending on the bank deposits because they don't show who the payments are for.
Do you receive RA's in clearing house and through paper? You only post those payments? Or Do you reconcile with the bank then post
@ArunYadav-yn8lt Through both the clearinghouse and paper. I post from the RAs. Then, I reconcile with the bank statement to make sure the payments were actually received.
I’m so surprised its permitted to vlog this. HIPAA, an accidental slip up..I’d be nervous..
