We show you how to make a dessert in 5 minutes without using the oven, without condensed milk, without gelatin and without flour! 200 grams of chocolate biscuits.
100 g chopped almonds or walnuts.
100 g soft butter
Shape 7 inches (16.5 cm)
Place in the fridge while you prepare the cream.
250g mascarpone
150g chocolate mass MILKA
150g mascarpone
50 grams of cream
100 grams of condensed milk
garnish with chopped walnuts
Garnish with Milka chocolate paste.
Refrigerate for a firmer texture, but you can also serve straight to the table.

@ARMANN, I will look next time I am at the supermarket for something similar to what was used on the video, but I just don't know if I will see anything like it. Not sure how to lighten it other than to maybe use less?
@@juansanchez-tr1dq buy palm oil and add just a tiny amount to liquify the consistency, or use any other plant oil.

1g of sugar = 4 kcal
Do the math: so if a slice has 30g of sugar, then that’s 120 kcal
What’s worse is the fat. Fat is flavour, but it’s also heavy calories.
1g fat = 9 kcal
If a slice has 20g of fat, then it has 180 kcal.
So sugar (carbs) + protein + fat = kcal
120 kcal + 20 kcal (5g protein) + 180 kcal = 320 kcal per slice.
And this is a guess! I have to look at the exact recipe, plug in all the ingredients and their calories, and then divide the final product to get calories per slice.
But don’t be confused: *Calories and sugars are not opposites or different. Sugars are still calories, because they are simple carbohydrates.* It’s like calling a cow and bull different, sort of. Different gender, but same species: cattle.
