People like to use the "entrapment" card incorrectly all too often. Proper example of entrapment in this scenario:
Undercover officer: You should steal this car.
Subject: Nah, I don't think that's a good idea.
Officer: Come on, man, do it! Take the car!
Subject: No, really, I don't think this is a good idea...
Officer: It'll be fine, do it!
Subject: Fine! If it'll get you off my back, here goes...
Officer: I'm placing you under arrest for grand theft auto and possession of stolen property.
THAT is entrapment.

Using a Bait Car is legal. An example of Entrapment is if a LEO told someone to break into and steal a vehicle and then said LEO arrested said person. Just because the Bait Car is there, the person who stole the vehicle could have just as easily notified the Police and told them about the car instead of actually stealing it.

I feel like it is kinda of entrapment cos like if you a bit wild and you see a nice car unlocked and u in a shady area, you want to steal it..but still90% of people wouldn't steal so it is like 65% efficient
plus you should've asked the security guard for his I.D because he didn't run. You were all surprised when he ran but you pointed a gun at him
Bait cars are good and if you arent a car thief you shouldnt have a problem with them
and when it passed you it honked its horn and you didn't know that was the actual bait car

You should have followed the cars because they will take you to the chop shop and you can arrest multiple suspects worked in LCPDFR I've seen Steve the gamer 55 do it in one of his LCPDFR videos.

If I try RPH v.28 it says its out of date, When I install RPH v.29 when i try to run RPH it does nothing, then it pops up an error message.

When I open my GTA V Folder in steam apps, the executecode folder is gone, so when I put LSPDFR in it and try to launch RAGE It says no executable, know how to get it back? If anyone can help that would be great!

Hey first 30 minutes my opinion is the stupidity of the people who get in the car. if i was in gta 5 and I saw a car with a the emergency flasher the door open I'll just be like what check it out to see if everthing ok then then walk away.
