For future reference, the Vagos tend to congregate round about the area in which you stopped the bait car/ where you were ambushed. They will reach to any and all gunfire and instinctively retaliate to whomever is firing, just thought i'd let you know :D love the videos by the way

thats not the same dominator. that one was parked on the side of the road next to the bait car when you activated the kill switch.
The antenna may not say "Police" because I know some Radio Operators that run out of their vehicles and have some similar.

you have turn on your lights early then when he ran too far or when you are done then you hit the kill switch

dose it matter if u get it on steam or the disk cus have the disk version and keep getting it don't work with retail version and or the patch is out of date
I have friends and customers that use the disk and it's fine, I'm a modder and install people's games, (lspdfr). So you will be fine it you know what your doing. Do you have a steam account or any games on steam?
