Melbourne accent tends to not be as acute as some of the other areas in Melbourne. Northern Queensland is very twangy, they cannot move the mouth too much so they do not swallow flies. LOL
I just started watching this show last night and loved it! I had seen her before in Once as Belle though, she was my favorite character in that too. She has such a sweet and gentle aura about her, you don’t see that in many people. Em seems very genuine both in her acting and in real life=)

Claire died in the episode where the freighter people came and started blowing up the Others camp. Claire was in one of the buildings that exploded and Sawyer found her, oddly enough, she was uscathed... not one burn or bruise. She was dead, that's why she felt so odd, and that's why dead Christian came to take her away.
I don't understand anyone who doesn't like her. She's gorgeous without trying to be, she's a very talented actress, and she has a great personality on and off screen. Like, that's who I want to be when I grow up.
I love her character; she plays very well the clueless pregnant girl and you can really see a development in her character as she grows as a woman and mother. She's a very good actress and a beautiful girl! :)
yup some signs are pointing to it, like that shot where Miles "i see dead people" Straume is wearing a hood then creepingly looks at her & baby Aaron. but i really really hope not. it wont be cool for a great show like Lost to copy The Sixth Sense and other similar recent materials.
@Cinnamonbuns13 I had trouble disliking Tess in Roswell... I allways felt badly for her. I cried when Tess sacrafices herself at the end of the series... I guess I'm too nice to hate the villan...
I wonder how they can pick people based off of audition tapes. I'm sure there are a lot of crappy ones but it must be hard to choose between all the good ones
