    Oh, this is the part that for me was a turning point in the knowledge of the grasshopper! As part of the Advanced Computer-aided Design course at my university, I made a Hoberman sphere for a solo project.
    It was interesting to discover that there is no material for creating this kind of 3D objects (Or I just didn't search well, heh). But this topic seems to be very relevant, especially in the context of the development of origami / kirigami facades.

    This is a device and a toy. It’s a good exercise for architecture and engineering. But the structural stability of these are quite compromised due to the high number of moving pieces. The maintenance of these structures could be a real nightmare.
