I just bought this air fryer today. I wonder how to make these sweet potato fries crispy as they looked a little soggy. Would more oil or maybe a different setting help? I have heard air fryers are not only faster than regular ovens but they make food like chips and maybe the skin on fish crispier than regular ovens. Any advice on this would be great!

what? you never boil potatoes when you make fries, you peel them, bake them a first time in oil, let them rest, and before serving you bake them for a second time, for an airfryer you must have fries already baked for a first time, these first time baked fries can be placed in the freezer after cooling, if you put raw fries in an airfryer, you will never have really crunchy fries
or otherwise you can use already fried oven fries from mccain, these will be crunchy, more expensive of coarse
