well, yeah, But it's worth noting the press is running narrative control. So researching without going to the tapes, interviews or transcripts becomes fighting against someone putting their hands on the scale. There were occasions where someone would say "Based on a,b and c, my interpretation of someone's motives is x" and the press would label it as unsubstantiated. Or an opinion was deemed false by just asking someone if a negative perception of them was true. So opinion or figurative language was labelled misinformation. So, in her opinion she should have been locked up for the whole Russia fiasco? (among many other instances)
No. Truth is the opinion of the powerful. She's in the club, so what she says is true.
@@payleryder45 The amount of arrogance and/or lack of self awareness one would need to have to make statements like this when it is easily verifiable that she broke her own rules she is proposing.
@@goosey235 Absolutely. But what she means isn't "people who tell lies for political gain should be prosecuted" which would be bad enough. What she means is that "dissent from the established narrative of the regime should be punished regardless of truth."
In her conception, the "51 Intelligence Officials" who conspired to lie about the Biden laptop containing widespread evidence of criminality by characterizing it as "Russian disinformation" don't get prosecuted - but the guy from the computer repair shop and the New York Post reporters do get prosecuted. That's what she means.
I guess they're getting tired of going after the 2nd Amendment and are now going after the 1st.
Facts 😂
The first has no teeth without the second! Funny how the press is anti second amendment!🤐🤐🤐🤐
Being a tyrant which is what she calls her opponent. It’s so evil
When will anyone press charges against her? She needs to stay out of the limelight.
They want to take your words and your weapons.
Those in power decide what “misinformation” is and it is synonymous with unpopular speech.
Let’s go back and find a few cases of HER using misinformation
Need to lock her up for her misinformation
Can she be first to be THROWN in jail for ALL OF HER LIES
If that’s the case, she definitely deserves to be in jail
It's not about protecting people from "misinformation", it's about eliminating their opposition.
LOCK HER UP...LOCK HER UP!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
If only the people running the 3 letter agencies were replaced with honest people who actually prosecuted criminals regardless of their status.
The irony would be lost on her
She should go straight to jail
After 2024 put Hillary, Pelosi, Biden, Liz Cheney in prison ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👃👃👃👃
Plus about 100 others. 👍
If we criminalize it, they all be in jail.
When, oh when, will that bitter criminal leave us?
If we criminalize disinformation, then we'd have a mighty hard time stocking our Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches.
There would be no democrats elected. I like her idea.
she belongs in jail, with her husband
First in line for jail should be Biden's press secretary.
The Steele Dossier doesn't count as misinformation
Election interference & a foreign agent too.
She needs to go to federal prison ASAP
Why would anyone pay attention to that old lady. What office does she hold again?
She'll head the FBI if Kamala "wins".
Suppression of free speech is a red line. If an ideology or policy can't stand up to rhetorical scrutiny, it should not be enforced by dictatorial fiat.
Why not? It worked for Stalin.
Every time Hillary visited Michigan and Wisconsin she lost 5 points in the polls in those states.
Vote Trump 2024❤
This is literally happening all over the Western world in real time! Here in Germany too.
Don't go away mad Hildo, just go away.
Nuts and they say Trump is a threat to freedom!!! Scary
She should be the first to be tried and jailed.
But hey, what difference does it make at this point….
What an evil person she is!
Hillary Clinton: "No more lies!".
The jokes write themselves.
You go first Hillary...
The problem with this idea is who gets to determine what's misinformation/disinformation/etc and how the standards set. The best move is to reject this idea right out of the gate.
She gets to determine who's right and who's wrong, of course.
As well as the blatant violation of “Congress shall make no law…abridging the freedom of speech”
We apply facts to find out and there are plenty covered up by the media that have already been discovered. Video facts can't be denied, and there are cameras everywhere.
When oh when will she just go away. She and hubby have made their entire fortune off the taxpayers.there should be term limits.get these people out!
She's an authoritarian
Why is she still free? And supposedly relevant?!
She is still seething about 2016. She should seek counseling and learn to move on.
Then Hillary would be in Cell #1.
I’m still waiting for the transcript of the secret Goldman Sachs speech.
Goldman Sachs/CEO went on fox news the very next day when she made that lying statement and confirmed that was false. But it doesn't seem to stop her lies.
The more she mouths off she is more dangerous .
Glad this is being exposed.
she is the one who should be criminally charged
Rhymes with "hunt"
Her first name was misspelled:
In truth, it is: Hitlary !!!
Lock her up!!!
Remember when she said Tulsi was a Russian asset and an Assad sympathizer? Does that count as misinformation?
Why does she always pop up around the time they try deleting DJT?
She needs to the first arrested then!
We should all be so very thankful that she finally came out and said;
"Let them eat Cake."
We need to challenge every single law that violates the Constitution in front of the Supreme Court, including the Patriot Act.
99.9% of the media would be in jail! Where does she think people get their ideas from?
Robbie making journalism great again
She should be in Jail!
I suggest we start with Clinton.
Your the only one reporting this. Media should have a once a week corrections on the stories that were misreported.
Refreshing to hear real journalism 🇺🇸♥️🇺🇲
Well I guess that Russia, Russia, Russia means that she should have been in jail 8 years ago????
Speaking of criminally charged....oddly she's out of reach of the legal system.
She's just looking for a like minded cellmate.
I like your new show! You are very insightful and fair in your analysis. It is always enlightening and a pleasure to listen to you.
Tim Waltz echoed a similar sentiment.
Malinformation is part of "misinformation". True things we don't like are malinformation.
"Be careful of the blob" = malinformation
2A protects 1A. Don't ever forget. It's our country. Act like it
1950’s politician…”Liar”. 2024 politicians…”I misspoke”.
She should be the first to be locked
Great, we have our own Keir Starmer now...
We've had it for a while. And so has Britain. People like Starmer and Clinton are just the cheerleaders, not the architects.
Great Discussion!
Misinformation by one person is another's truth. This is why the 1st is so important and the second is necessary to back up the 1st.
