What makes JC2 better than the rest
1. Mini map
2. Spy music
3. No story line regarding The Black Hand
4. Diversity
5. Different color schemes for military vehicles depending on biome
6. Graphics.
7. True mile high club
8. Cultural landmarks ie; 3KH, MHC,
9. Always adventure to be done ie; find all collectibles.
10. You will always have the need to rather play this game rather than any other game in the JC franchise.

Just cause 2 is my childhood
Just Cause 4 obviously added a lot more things to do. The map is bigger and more diverse; there are new types of enemies, weapons and vehicles; new features with the grapple hook; and of course the new weather features which seem pretty realistic, though they could be updated in JC5. The graphics are better in JC4 in terms of textures, however JC4 has a serious issue with how water looks and how items and objects just pop out of no where. Other than that, JC4 is the superior game.
In my opinion, Just Cause 5 should be worked on for more than just 3 years. They should take their time with it and maybe even release it only for next gen consoles once they arrive. Every JC game adds more but it's getting to the point where they can only have so much before the system crashed and can't handle it all. It makes me wonder what else they can do to improve the next game. Here's what I think:
1. Improve the physics and realism of current weather features and add new ones too such as forest fires and tsunamis
2. Expand the map so that there is more underwater exploration. This means include scuba gear, a submarine, underwater jet skis, etc. so that players can do more in the ocean such as explore caves and underwater bases. This would also make the addition of tsunamis more fun if you're already in the water or near the coast.
3. Add more destruction. JC3 added the feature of blowing up bridges. But why can't we blow up and damage basic roads? Why can't we bring down entire buildings?
4. Animal enemies in the wilderness areas of the map: sharks, bears, wolves, etc.
That's my wishlist for JC5. However, I do believe that in order to keep the map the same size while adding all these features AND improving the graphics, they might have to wait until next gen consoles.
Finally I comment i could agree on. Did people even watch this video saying "Jc 2 obviously" what the heck.
If JC4 has a Tornado then why the heck they don't add a Tsunami?!
JC2 and JC4 is basically the same case with GTA 4 and GTA 5 for GTA 5 they focused more on graphics than realism, but with 4 you had tons of things to do, you could go bowling, play darts, etc, and also like JC2 they had lots of realism and realistic physics in GTA 4

By far jc4, jc2 was good for its time, and the graphics are way more detailed in 4. Jc2s money system waa horrid, let alone couldnt grapple hook very well due to lack of responsitivity of pressing any button and takes a second or two to process anything done, lack of content, story, cars, weapons, biomes, and graphics. Jc3 had horrid frames , made the game hard to play at times but was too easy to kill and have a challenge, and 4 brought that with plenty of better ai and tougher armor and better weapons and less repetitive cities that look exactly alike, and jc4 has smoother mechanics, and the jc4 list goes on. Yes 3 had some better weapons in terms of explosions, but made the gameplay go dull very quickly by making everything too easy and fast. Was a good attempt, but 4 is what 3 should have been. There is already a patch for pc, and for console this next week on graphics, bugs, and motion blur button. Should solve a few issues they started off with, no games perfect.

Well it might not be laziness.
Although i agree effects are worse.They most likely did it due to performance issues in the previous title.
But still they could have added more options so everyone would be happy.

Seems like they just forget about the designing after what happened with JC3 I think they were just focusing on the engine performance and optimizing

I've played 2 (99.96%) and 4 and they both "feel" pretty much the same to me
I see so many people saying the JC4 looks way better than JC2. That may be true in a lot of aspects, despite its terrible LOD's, Textures and Lighting (which I feel JC2 still looks better) of JC4, but ultimately, its 2018. JC4 does not reach the graphical standard of video games now a days. The fact that we are actually comparing a game that released 8 years ago to one in 2018, with many aspects of JC2 surpassing JC4, such as the water and under the water areas looking much much better, proves that JC4 is poor. I mean, even JC3 had way better graphics than this game. I go into the desert in JC4, and it looks like someone used the bucket tool to paint the ground yellow when im looking more then 10 meters in front of me. This game is honestly an embarrassment and it deserves all the negative reviews it is receiving.

I never said it was bad. I thought it was pretty good and added in a lot of cool elements like the wingsuit and multiple tethers that make it hard to go back to JC2. all im saying is that JC3's map was way too repeatative and go boring extremely quick whereas in JC2, at least for me, I felt like there were so many secrets hidden around the diverse map, like the lost island for instance or race track

Game looked gorgeous,plays well and its pretty much the starting point of so many mechanics..it aged well and for its time.its underrated and beautiful looking game.

A major Upgrade to 1.It used to one of the best looking game and has great graphic,game play and aesthetics way ahead for its time....especially the sky box.the game introduced new mechanics and has a solid gun play and it also aged greatly.
Just Cause 3
Same like 2,its a great upgrade to its previous games.the game looked even more spectacular,has tons of returning stuff from Just cause 2 and even more new stuff like wing suit and a more upgraded Grapling hook and the most favorite Unlimited C4..only thing it excluded are the sprint,crouch and dodge mechanics from jc2 which isn't the big deal.
Now...Just Cause 4
This game....sadly disappointing and its hard for the fans to admit cus its just reskin to JC4 with..sorta better looking graphics but for 2018 standards ?Graphics isn't everything and the game looks awfully outdated for a 2018 game.not only that the game is also a technical downgrade as they removed sooo many fun stuff introduced in jc2 and jc3.i already mentioned on the previous video but ill put them here again.
Removed unlimited C4
Removed Pistols and dual wielding.
Removed Liberating base camps.
Still No Sprint,Dodge and Crouch mechanics.
The only thing all of the games have in common is its fun factor...all of games are really fun but the reason why many likes and prefer JC 2\3 its because..they even more fun than JC4 cus they has...pretty much everything jc4 doesn't have.JC2 is loved cus it introduced to let us have fun with some many weapons and gears for its time,JC3 is loved cus it has returing stuff from JC2 and the unlimited c4 and the wingsuit.JC4 ?...it has nothing new imo.if anything it has nothing but removed and replaced content from JC3 and many pretty much just prefers to play JC3 or JC2 cus JC4 has nothing special to offer which is a damn shame...its not a bad game by any means..its still fun but for a 2018 game its..sadly not worth it atm and the game requires a lot of polish and rework.
if there is a Just cause 5...fans won't just expect only explosions..but they also expect more content,the fun factor,mechanics and the game supposed to look like an upgrade not a reskin..just look at the evolution from JC1 to 2 to 3 and now look at 4,you get the idea.
Have you forgot about the new tornadoes, lightning, sandstorm, and blizzards? Now there are multiple people to call cargo and fast travel.
I absolutely loved dodging in jc2. It's taken for granted, but it really does help you dodge alot of incoming damage it even holds up in hardcore mode. It was a key part of combat in Jc2.
Damn all these Just cause videos remind me of another game - Mercenaries 2 World In Flames i wish they remaster it !

Just cause 4 is great, but Just cause 3 was better with the outposts and some other features.
I don't get why people say jc4 is garbage, sure, the motion blur (but being serious it was never an issue for me unless while driving), and the graphucs don't really blow anyones eyes away. But the game runs MUCH better than jc3 and that already had me sold.

But Just Cause 2 was hands down the best game of the series, It had way better Graphics, explosions, stunts, etc.
Just Cause 3 and 4 forgot about all of that, and tried to "improve" the graphics.
Just Cause 4's storyline doesn't make much sense compared to Just Cause 2.
Except, Just Cause 4 has alot more creativity.
I feel the same. To me JC 2 feels like a real action figure. Wile if you compare it to JC3 JC is just a plastic shell in comparison. The only fun thing about JC 3 was that it had a wing suit and cool grapling mechanics.
