“No More Night” is NOT an original David Phelps song….although you can’t tell it by the way he sings it. The first time I heard David was actually at a live Gaither Reunion concert here in Houston (he’s from here). I had never heard of him, but he came out, Bill introduced him as the Gaither Vocal Bands new tenor. He sang a duet with Candy Christmas and I know my mouth had to be open the entire time he was singing, I don’t think there’s another person with a voice like his. Josh Groban has a great voice, but once you’ve heard David, you know there’s no one else out there like him. Phenomenal voice.
