You are dead on right about the water temp. The lower is warmer in the winter, but the upper lake gets some color it heats up quickly. (plus its shallower) The full moon was a little before you and we crushed them up the Pamunkey side the days of the full moon.
First time watching one of your videos. You do a really great job. I can tell how much you love fishing. Glad to see Lake Anna videos. I fish it for stripers all the time and enjoy watching you figure out the largemouth. Keep up the good work!
GREAT VIDEO I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS I LOVE FISHING AT LAKE ANNA BUT WE REALLY STRUGGLE WITH IT BECAUSE WE ARE FROM MD AND DONT HAVE ALOT OF TIME TO SPEND ON THE LAKE AND ITS TOUGH WHEN YOUR ONLY THERE FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS WE USUALLY STAY AT CHRISTOPHER RUN WHEN WE COME DOWN
Good video. Good luck next time on the water. Also you think the Fitzgerald rod would be a good square bill rod? I'm looking to replace my outdated enigma rods?
I think it would be a good rod I use a 7’0 MH for making casts around docks or lay downs but a 7’6 if I’m casting over a big flat or not making as precise of casts!
Great video. Love the detailed explanations.
