Today we are fishing the Virginia Elite 70 Jackson Hudson Memorial Tournament on Kerr Reservoir a.k.a. Buggs Island. We discuss time management during the shad spawn and how critical it is to capitalize on a hot morning bite and to also have an offshore, afternoon plan to maximize fish catch numbers. Kerr can be a great place to fish or it can be a grind....nothing beats kerr when the water is in the bushes and the fish have pulled up in them
