speaking of risk and reward, everytime I fail at something and start feeling down I just have to remind myself that "Masters have failed more than a beginner has even tried,"
i wanted to watch this with the subtitles, but then watched it without. i realised that music, may not convey a message, but conveys emotions, an incredibly large amount more that words physically can. thank you for this.
Hey man, it’s great that you can express yourself so well via music that you share here. I like your spirit, stay strong in school and honestly it will get better once you find people who are really worth your time and energy. Sometimes it takes a really long time but it’s really worth it ❤
I like how you used the full range of the piano, I think that kept the melody very clear. And I also love the way you adjusted the reverb/echo effect as it went through. You clearly put a lot of thought and effort into it. I don't have any suggestions but I look forward to seeing what you do next :)
After reading the subtitles I understand why this track stands out so much from your others. This "event" that happened at your school, I have a guess as to what exactly it was, I know how you feel. Big hug from my side and keep making great music!!
"Without risk there is no reward" It was with this song that made me come up for the first time with "Without a reward, there is no point in risk" I promise I'm not trying to be sad or anything, I just get really deep into this kind of stuff Anyways, I genuinely love this, man. It hits hard, harder than any other piano piece I've heard before, at least I think
great message, and "I added reverb and started to like it" sounds like something my music producing suitemate would say XD. Thanks for sharing and good luck out there
I was overthinking and couldnt fall asleep. I opened youtube and clicked first video. I wasnt expecting this type of video to be somehow motivational. I want to say thanks because i can sleep now. I ve had realy long and hard week and there is another one in front of me but i am ready to win it now.
Unfortunately, Hans Zimmer added way to much percussion instruments to his Mountains soundtrack. Ultimatively, however, it was the idea of Ryan Amon who created this repetitive intro style in 2013 with his Elysium main theme.
Very very inspirational music. Reminds me of Pokemon Mysterie Dungeon. I can only recommend this game to especially kids and people who really want to know what ''friendship'' is.. obviously at some point in our life we should know this or at least have someone in our head who fits in in the position of a true ''friend''.. and yet some people never experienced true friendship, got destroyed by it or can't seem to find it again... that are my thoughts on this. Be save y'all and long may the sun shine upon you.
I always watch with subtitles on but assumed this one didn't have any I saw the message. Thank you, Rhombus. I will next time. And yes, I did enjoy the rest of the song.
I honestly love this and I agree with this notion! I hope youre doing well X3 Maybe for a beat, if you ever wanna add one, it could be a ticking clock? Something to keep the rhythm.
Nice work man! I personally think you could've played a lot more with the dynamics though, because right now the piano sounds quite aggressive at places where I feel a more held back piano would with the vibe more. Other than that I love the composition! :0
I'm glad I got to see this video, better said that it got recommended to me. Hey, shit happens, but let me tell you what happened today to me. My school had a festival, and I asked a group of girls who wants to play some Uno since I was bored as hell. One of them decided to 1v1 me and we continued the 1v1 until the festival was over, 45 minutes, up to an hour overtime. I got absoloutely demolished, 12-3. She violated me in Uno, man. But it was fun as hell. Though, I got to know her a bit better. Remember, He who fears being conquered is sure of defeat. - Napoleon Bonaparte Always take opportunities and risks if there's nothing significant such as pride to lose from them. Sometimes they pay out and they end up to be worth it. Never fear the new. Peace out. I'll sub too, nice song.
This is a song, composed who knows how long ago and posted to TH-cam, the comments I've seen are from 7 months ago, and the title is without risk their is no reward. This title in my opinion doesn't due the music justice, the song is short, wish it was longer, but for what it is I like it, may the seas and the stars guide you my friend
Sounds interesting and has potential, but the chords are kind of random sometimes and don't make that much sense together harmonically, though it overall has a nice and very specific vibe, maybe somewhat similar to Minecraft or something like that I guess.
I don't at the moment. I think I should start a discord server it would be cool to talk to you guys. If and when I do I'll put a link in my about section

This is unironically what my church-pianist-teacher would play during prayer... All jokes aside, this was awesome
Haha, thanks :)
Two things.
1. I feel called out
2. This sounds really nice. I'd have this on a loop for hours if I could. Great job 👍

"Main character reflecting on his journey" ah music
For real though, this sounds amazing!
I feel like i'm in a cutscene recapping my life while i'm ascending
Wow that's a cool it made you feel that :)
at the beggining of the song i felt like somebody was about to say "Would you like to donate to help starving african children"
this reminds me a lot of hans zimmer's "mountains", with the repetitive note/metronome
Unfortunately, Hans Zimmer added way to much percussion instruments to his Mountains soundtrack. Ultimatively, however, it was the idea of Ryan Amon who created this repetitive intro style in 2013 with his Elysium main theme.
