The music you say "cheesy" is actually the riff from Start Me Up by the Rolling Stones, which given the subject matter in the video is kinda funny!
yeh it might be a bit distracting but its funny too :)

There is an air gap that must be set with the plastic gap gauge that comes with the parts. It would be helpful if you discussed this briefly. Thanks for the video.

Need to ensure just enough "slack" in the wires inside to accommodate vac advance movement

I did indeed enjoy this quite informative video, but the music is a little loud. The video would be better without the music.

I do hope you're paying the Rolling Stones a royalty for the music usage. Their lawyers are fierce.

Any advice would be appreciated. I have a pertronix module 2 on my golf cart. Any reason why the manufacturer Columbia Par Car had one installed?? My cart just starts without running. Would the module have to be replaced??

Thanks for the excellent video! If this install were to occur with the distributor still in the car, would any extra attention need to be taken regarding the alignment of the engine being Top Dead Center?

Ten minutes turned into five hours to no avail. No mention of the wires needing to get shorten. No mention of the spades needing to get connected and crimped. No mention of the igniter plate holes needing to get drilled to have extra room to move the igniter closer to the ring magnet...exactly by 0.30 thousandths of an inch... feeler gauge included. No mention of exact type of voltage needed to prevent no firing, misfiring, no working RPM's on the dash gauge, no mention of plate not sitting flush...... It does come with instructions though. However if you saw or new the trouble these instructions warn you about ahead of time you would gladly keep your points system. "AS I DID". Good luck with yours.

Well how about the voltage ? Direct 12V sans loom or through 1.5 ohm / 3 ohm coil / resistor ? And that horrible bumper music drowning you out isn’t helping anything , WTF , information man , not racket ! [Some of us do not have resistance in wiring (loom) .] answers man ! Presentation is everything .
