'EHL is the future' - Joël Robuchon as he endorsed the Culinary & Restaurant Management Certificate

EHL CREM Certificate is a five-month program endorsed by Joël Robuchon (until 2017 when he passed away), dedicated to teaching culinary arts excellence and entrepreneurship.
