    Once again prescient. I've been doing another of your lower body warmup and workout regiments alongside some specific upper body routine as a full body calisthenics routine.
    As I'm improving my overall fitness I'm getting more adventurous with the bag and this is exactly what I needed.
    It's been awesome to follow your journey and the ways that this series of ujuries really showed how strong and kind you are, even to yourself. It's not easy for some people to admit anything is wrong.
    All this to say you are sounding better every video and I'm so glad to see such amazing advice.

    Gabriel I know you probably have your reasons, but I just wanted to say that you have already given it all in this sport and you shouldn't feel that you have anything left to prove. If your body doesn't want to take it anymore don't ignore it.

    Embarrassed at how high my kicks aren’t. BUT gotta start somewhere. Built this into my training plan 3 times a week and looking forward to seeing my progress as the months go by.

      @@hussienrageb5269Sure did! Floating them up to head level with a lot less effort now and the power has increased. Still a fan of the low kick though 😊

    Amazing exercises. However, what should beginners do if they fail to raise their legs from the middle to the head. it's very hard for me. Is their any tips for beginners

    I used to kick high 20 years ago. Now when it try to kick again it hurst 😂. I miss my high kick.

    I swear you always read my mind Gabriel, yesterday I thought my head kicks are lacking due to my hip mobility and this morning unused one of your old video leg workouts for kicks

    I have been stretching for hip mobility for a week or 2 now and already see big improvement. At the moment I am a bit hesitant on trying it out in sparring because I can get my kicks on head level but I am unable to fully control it, so if someones guard is not up I feel like I am not able to "not full force" hit him 😅

    Hi,I did the better Kicks in 30 days Challenge too and it works 100%.My Kicks were always good but it feels so much easier now,left,right,Question Mark even the crazy spinning Stuff.

    Now this is even better Gabriel, I bet this will be crucial to land head kicks more, even tho I have, that natural ability, to let head kicks fly, whenever I want to, but it is always good to improve even upon that, thank you so much for this Gabriel!

    I’ve been doing that one stretching routine to increase my kick height, I’ve noticed I have a much easier time getting my leg up higher, but I’ll definitely be adding some of this in as well!

      don't passively block with your gloves, you need to smack or push a little with your gloves against their punches, same with blocking kick with legs.

      You can, but it'll take a bit. I'd reccomend stretching for 10 minutes every day aswell.
