I used to drive & bike through there in years past to get to the beach parking lot! About 5 years ago, a rent-a-cop SUV charged toward me with lights flashing, just as I was leaving. He chased me on 8th St and gave up when I turned into traffic on 2nd Ave. Watch out for them in case they're still patrolling. 😜
I am always amazed at people doing reviews of scooters and even bicycles saying they literally stop on a dime. IF you were running at the top speed you claim on most of these vehicles and you could "stop on a dime" you would go over the handlebars and do a faceplant on the ground or pavement! And I don't see any of you showing your scars to prove the point.
I could see myself having a good time on that when I was young for sure!
