Any chance on the old style returning where you were climbing (Italian) Hills? Just some zone 2 base work for 60-90 min would also be nice. Most of the work is there anyway.

I usually do 20-25 minute sessions, so I thought I would push the boat out this morning and I'm glad I did, brilliant set, Manon keeps me going when after the second to last 9 out of 10 effort I was sweating and feeling like getting off the bike, stayed til the end and LOVED it. This is the hardest session I have done so far on GCN. I don't think doing bodypump yesterday was the best prelude to this savage session, as my power output wasn't as high as I would have liked it to be for this one! My legs were sore at the start without me realising beforehand. I was at more like a level 8 then level 5/6 rather than 9 and 7. Wondering whether easier options can be given to support post workout sessions in such tougher sessions, or perhaps I should be looking at easier workouts?! Looking forward to doing it again very soon, to the max! Thank you as ever Manon and team for another enjoyable workout! ❤

I 've not done it yet. I planned to do so tomorrow . But just by looking at the session breakdown. This my be easily top 3 of the toughest on GCN.
