Story. Account you created that you didn't even add even a card or bank account, you said that is all. Account that are not verified will receive money. PayPal requires your proof of business registration, proof of address and proof of residence to verify your business account before your account can work.

It doesn’t work!. Because before you can withdraw from your account you will need to verify your identity by uploading either your passport or any government ID and immediately you do that with a Nigerian ID you get limited immediately and permanently. Bye to your PayPal account.

Nope, part of the reasons why people have issues with PayPal is if they already have a record on the IP/device they are using to do a new registration
As you should have suspected, I run lots of experiments on this device and I have opened 3 different PayPal accounts on this device in the last few months already

My real PayPal account was opened using this method and it's been active for years. So if you want to have a seamless experience, open your PayPal account on a fresh IP/device if you are registering from a non eligible country.
