I don't think that's possible, Payoneer is more like PayPal so it's not possible linking it to your PayPal as your local bank account

So, basically, if I'm not ready to link my account yet with paypal account as a means of verification maybe bcoz I can't get the UBA debit card rightnow, I shouldn't bother opening the paypal account coz I've been blocked severally for reasons I don't know of.

I was able to open my PayPal account and it's still ok for the past few days now. Only problem now is, they're asking for an ID verification which is either my National ID Card or a passport. And if I input my ID, I don't know if that would make my account permanently blocked coz its a Nigerian ID. Do I go ahead to submit it like that before linking my bank account?
