Hello, thanks for the information. Please I have tried many links including the ae as you explain. It will open but it later complain on my identity. It will said the NIN can not be used to open a PayPal account, so for this reason. I am completely ban from using PayPal. But i have a banned account with that NIN before. Please what can I do?
