Someone please paraphrase his explanation. Am I getting this right in that Wright saying literally that there isn't a Heaven? Is he saying because Jesus rose from the dead, A New Creation of heaven will be on earth? Jesus did say where I'm going you know "In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you .And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also I cannot see that Jesus said this on earth and then interpreting that there isn't a heaven? I'm perturbed and puzzled.
The world will be judged in fire as it was in the days of noah with water. 2 Peter 3:10 says this and the old creation will pass away. There will be a new earth made perfect and heaven will come down to the new earth and God himself will dwell amongst man for eternity.
Did any of you READ THE REVELATION? Your message is an ear tickling ball of blasphemy. May God have mercy on y’all when you explain yourself to Jesus. Read THE BIBLE!
N.T. Wright is a New Testament scholar. He has most likely read Revelation, I'm sure. Calling his teaching blasphemy isn't weird, since Wright is merely conveying the traditional view held by Christians for centuries. It is contemporary Christians who seem to have forgotten this teaching a bit.

I've been in the Word for decades , I don't think he's speaking blasphemy, there are plenty of Kooks in the American church that's for sure❤
