Hi Vignesh, APQP and PPAP are compilation of documents. So, that documents only need to be revised / updated based on requirement and revision number to be given. SOP or WI should be updated whenever required and revision number to be given for each revision. The purpose of revision history is to give past history details to new comers and to remind our knowledge also.
Sir in my last interview they asked a question about if you run a company what is the procedure to get iatf certificate. How to answer for this question sir.
Hi Vignesh, first company should run for minimum 1 year and should follow the IATF requirements mentioned in manual. Then we have to apply to certification body. Stage 1 audit (documents verification only) will be done by certification body. If they are satisfied, next audit date will be confirmed by them for entire clause audit for certification. After that every year Surveillance audit will be done and once in three years certification audit will be done by them
Sir, what is the difference between PPAP and APQP, because all 5 phases of APQP document would be prepared in PPAP also. Then why we need of APQP. Please clarify me sir....
