Hi, I purchased the software, where do I find the registration number, is it on one of the two attached files they send to your email after the purchase?
Do you need to touch advanced settings? I did not do that part I just pressed the file and pressed scan. Is that why it's taking longer? I have only 992 photos and videos combined on it. Atm it is saying 2908 files and it's still scanning...
WORKS GOOD FOR PICTURED BUT I PURCHASED PRO VERSION FOR $44.33 AND IT LOCATED MY LOST VIDEOS BT WHEN I RECOVERED THEM, THEY WERE ALL BLACK WITH WHITE NOISE SOUNDS, IM GLAD I RECOVERED ALL MY PICS BUT REALLY WANTED MY VIDEOS BACK, I HAD THE BIRTH OF MY BABY AND OTHER NEW BORN VIDEOS BUT I FIGURED IF I PURCHASED THE PRO VERSION IT WOULD WORK AS ADVERTISED BUT DID NOT FOR ME

I have the key (license), how do I open the program, where it says register, I press that button and it takes me were it asks for registration number, I thought that was where I had to enter the key, now I am thinking it is something else that goes there. please help

How long does it take to do 119gb!? I have been doing it for 8 hours so far. I am only at 50 percent w over 8 hours to go...

Can you get the keyboard beats from the keyboard, forget the pen drive
why when i press on the photos they are just grey

Same here. Pictures works fine withe the free version so i bought the pro version for my videos. Not one recovred video works. I asked my money back.
