I loved it. I am 51 with neck and back issues. I have worked out my entire life. This was a breath of fresh air. It was challenging , new moves that did not bother my neck or back.Janine has a nice voice that was not annoying. I cant wait for more.......

If at this stage you can manage up to 3 blocks, complete 3 blocks consistently 2-3 times per week as a minimum, until you build the strength and stamina to add the additional block. most outstanding ! great moves ! feels great ! love your accent ! just don't tell the viewer to grit their teeth ! i hope nobody listens to that ! adjust the sound of the music to keep it consistent ! good music selection !
Hi Catherine, depending on the amount of energy you expend, ie picking up or slowing down the tempo you could burn between 250-300 calories. If you are looking for a higher calorie burn I would recommend adding weights; 4kg and above. I hope this helps x
Hey Gladys thank you for the feedback, all the exercises can be modified, please feel to start gradually; perhaps a block each day at a pace that is manageable for you. This is a great workout! I’m revisiting after a year and lots of other weighted workouts, and this is still a killer. Love it!
