For Ielai Vadam no need to sun dried but Koozh vadam sun dried must otherwise fungus will formed

Mam u didnot tell whether to be added green chillies. Why. Without chillies wl the vadam taste wl be good. Please clear my doubt Jayashree mam. N perungayam also not mentioned why Mam.. Please tell mam

IIf you want you add green chilli paste half tsp and half lemon juice but we didn't add chilli paste for this type koozh Vadam you pls check my other Vadams recipies uploaded I add green chilli paste and lemon juice in all vadams perungayam also if you want you add but after sun-dried I didn't feel the perungayam smell in the vadams I already mentioned this in my vedios
