Nice to see a regular Chinese restaurant, not located anywhere near the Strip, still can make excellent tasting food. Was almost worried you wouldn't get to try some of their dishes since not eating family style.

I recommend Pho Saigon 8 and Dakao Sandwiches on Spring Mountain and just west of Lindell. I took one of my professors to Saigon 8 and he is from China and he loved their pho.

The funniest thing here is that DTM got taken out for Chinese AMERICAN food! NOT CHINESE food! LOL! The city of Rangoon. 2. Cream cheese. Crab Rangoons are not Chinese. If my friends or coworkers wanted to go to "a very local place", I would be just as gracious as Danny even though they don't serve favorites like beef chow fun or dim sum.

One of our favorite Chinese (I'm Chinese) places is Mr. Chopstix by Sunset/Ft Apache. My favorite dish is the Beijing Beef Cold Noodle.
